Terms of Use
Last updated: 4 November 2026
Raas Hub is operated by Raas Entertainment ("Raas Hub", "we", "us"). These terms apply when you use the Raas Hub app or website and buy tickets through them. By creating an account or using Raas Hub you agree to them, and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Your account
- You must be 13 or older to use Raas Hub. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to use it and to buy tickets.
- Keep your account details accurate and your sign-in secure. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
- You can delete your account at any time (see Delete account).
2. Tickets
- Each ticket has a QR code that is valid for one entry. Once scanned at the door it can't be used again, so don't share screenshots of your ticket.
- Tickets are for the named event, date and venue. Entry is subject to the venue's and organiser's conditions (such as age limits, dress code and security checks).
- Change-of-mind: tickets can't be cancelled, exchanged or refunded if you change your mind or can't attend.
- Cancelled or rescheduled events: if an event is cancelled, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket price. If an event is rescheduled or significantly changed, you may choose a refund if you can't attend the new date. Contact us to arrange it.
- Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
- We may cancel tickets obtained by fraud, by breaking these terms, or resold above face value, and refuse entry to their holders.
3. Prices, booking fees and payment
- Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
- Paid tickets have a booking fee, a percentage of the ticket price shown clearly at checkout before you pay. The total you pay is shown on the Pay button.
- The booking fee covers payment processing and running Raas Hub. It is refunded with the ticket price if an event is cancelled. It is otherwise non-refundable, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires a refund.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. If you choose to save a card, Stripe stores it for faster checkout and you can remove it any time in Profile, then Payment Methods.
4. Community rules
Raas Hub is a friendly community. When you post, comment or upload, you agree not to share anything that:
- is abusive, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit or violent;
- is false or misleading, spam, or advertising without our permission;
- breaks the law, or someone else's copyright, privacy or other rights;
- shares someone else's personal information without their permission.
You can report posts and block users in the app. We review reports and may remove content, or suspend or close accounts, that break these rules.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the posts, photos and audio you share. You give Raas Hub a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and share that content in the Raas Hub app and on the Raas Hub website so the service works (for example, showing your posts to other users and in the public community section of our website, with your first name and last initial). This ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other users have already shared or that we must keep by law.
6. Using Raas Hub fairly
Don't misuse Raas Hub: no hacking, scraping, interfering with the service, getting around ticket limits, or manipulating game scores and leaderboards.
7. Changes and availability
We may change, pause or stop parts of Raas Hub, and update these terms. If the changes are significant, we'll tell you in the app. If you keep using Raas Hub after a change, the new terms apply.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Raas Hub isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for events run by third parties. Where our liability can't be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to supplying the service again or refunding what you paid for the relevant ticket. These limits don't apply to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
