Delete your Raas Hub account

Quickest: in the app

Open Raas Hub, go to Profile, then Privacy & Security, then Delete account, type DELETE and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Fill in this form with the email address you use for Raas Hub. To protect your account, we'll email that address to confirm before deleting anything. We'll complete the deletion within 30 days, usually much sooner.

Or email raas.entertainments@gmail.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my Raas Hub account".

What gets deleted

• Your account, profile, photo and details
• Your tickets and booking history in the app (tickets for upcoming events stop working)
• Your posts, photos, audio, comments, likes and "Going" RSVPs
• Your quiz and game scores
• Your saved cards (removed from Stripe)

What we keep, and for how long

• Payment records (amount, date, payment reference) are kept for up to 7 years where Australian tax and accounting laws require it. Our payment processor, Stripe, also keeps payment records under its own legal obligations.
• Events and news posted by organisers stay in the app, without their name attached.
